Coconut Water Foundation holds short courses for primary school teachers four times a year on four different topics. In this second course of the year, we focused on teaching skills.
This full-day workshop took place in Omal Prey Roka primary school, with 27 participating teachers. We taught them with real materials and examples so that they could put the theory into practice on the spot.
The aim of these continuous education training is to provide our public school teachers with additional, technical skills, such as how to use internet and e-mail, or how to keep documents in Google Drive. Through these workshops, we also want to improve the current educational system in Cambodia, and build more teacher’s capacity.
